Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.


Defective or damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at crungology@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement. Wrong item received: If you receive the wrong item, contact us within14 days and we will send the correct item at no charge.
